[AF] WiFi is getting dangerous

so let me get this straight:

you can advertise 'free' internet', then not secure the network (as in
'password available inside') and then prosecute someone for the inevitable
results of having an 'open' connection ?

sounds like a new TV series:  'WIFI Idjuts'
