Hmm. It's my understanding that Alternate Frequency (AF) is 
specifically devoted to those topics that straddle Broadcasting but 
don't accurately hit the mark. Broadcast (BC) is the actual broadcast list.

You know a topic is off the wall if it gets banned from AF.
