Without going into every detail,
My mother and father are Hebrew (of Jewish decent)
This was hidden from me for more than 45 years to "protect"
me from prejudice or anti-semitism, (there are a lot of us out there).
At a young age In Dallas, I witnessed this prejudice and asked my
mother "why these people were being mean to that man".
She told me in a whisper, "Because he is a Jew"... I did not understand.
As of my earliest reccollection we have attended church, and I grew
up as a Christian. When "old enough", I professed belief in Christ and was
baptised. Long story shortened.... about 10 years ago Mom told me of
my "Heritage" which I accepted, and researched, and found that
many were "protected" in this same way. In my research I learned
these often considered themselves to be "Messianic" I then found
a local (Durango, Co.) Messianic Synagogue which I began to
attend on Saturday, as well as attending my Church on Sunday.
Strange to me, I found NO Conflict of mind in this, as both
worshipped Adonai, (G*D, written thus out of respect for the name)
and Yeshua (Heb. translated, Jesus). Since then, I have been at
Peace (Shalom) in all matters..... I took on 613 commandments
not just 10, but am under no increased burden due to having a
Messiah, (Jesus), who paid the price for me because I can't
keep the Commandments.
The Best of "Both Worlds"
Many are the "Jew" who is under condemnation, (At least within), 
because they have no Messiah, Yet!,  who has paid
the price of death on their behalf because they are unable
to keep the Commandments!

My Intention is to bring clarity to my below statement, and to answer 
your question, hope I did!
