Agreed Barry...  Everything I have found says just that.  Be original and
you should be fine.  Our app was done by JacobsMedia and it allowed us to
personalize the app so although it is cookie cutter in many ways it is also
easily changed on our end without help from them because our "slide show" is
held on our server where we can change it at random which meets the
requirement.

        The story is a bit overblown.  The deal seems to be
        that he is writing the same app for many stations,
        just the call and logo are different.  Apple sees
        it as the same app over and over. 

        From what I hear, if the station submits it, it
        will probably go through.

        On the other hand, the geekies sort of look
        at this as the old fix-tuned radios of the 60s.
