Tim, Have you ever considered using an SCA channel for IFB? I have done this at several stations with great success. I remember from my time in eastern TN (engineer at WXBQ/WAEZ/WTZR/WFHG) that WIVK has great coverage, and you would probably get exceptional IFB results using WIVK's SCA.
