Actually, it's a 'soft' limit. If your node is lightly used, they don't care
how much you use. If there's a lot of us4ers on the node you happen to be on,
then the limit is enforced.

Comcast has a 250GB allowance.  We came real close to reaching that
limit one month with all the TV we watched over the internet.  Hulu
and Netflix.

 If you reach that limit they will give you a notice, and put you on
6/mo probation.  Next violation the cut you off.
