[BC] Audio "proofs"

While I agree that source material today is lacking in quality, I do believe
the vehicle (radio station) which transports that material should not
contribute to any additional degradation. Many anomalies were found during
audio proofs when they were required. It is still a good, but seldom
practiced, exercise.
