[BC] IBOC on AM is good.

I've got an array that i've recently acquired that's quite entertaining. 4 AMs multiplexed onto 7 towers. Quite the feat. While the owner is poo poo'ing IBOC entirely, it'd be entertaining to fire one up with HD and see what it actually does to the entire array. Considering the frequencies span the entire lower half of the AM band... (540-1010)
