  Be really careful of randomly replacing fans. Make sure the fan is the 
same CFM and and rotation speed. Otherwise you might end up with a 
really loud replacement or an overheating box.  Now...that's not to 
suggest that if a box is at present running hot a newer design fan with 
better CFM and pressure capacity might cool it better.
