[BC] about STL dishes and jumpers

  $8-10 foot is Pastrenak prices.  RG393 (RG8 sized) is more like $5/ft.

We also had some 393 up on a tower.  It however failed and required 
replacement due to improper installation. The jacket cracked.  No 
different than cheaper RG8/213/214 cables.

FWIW, when I researched the cable, the specs do not rate it for outdoor use.
