Don't forget, Indy is a Top 50 market; so SOME stations maintain a "news 
department" of sorts...

The only one that comes close to a full-time, fully-staffed news 
department, though, is WIBC

Heck, even Radio One's cluster has some gal doing headlines during 
breaks in the satellite-fed Urban cRap / hip-hop....

I think Cumulus farms theirs out completely to one of the TV stations...
