[BC] Programmer skimmers

Anyone have any recommendations for skimmer software which would continuously record 4 air signals ?  Would like something which ran from analog inputs on the PC and recorded in files cut into manageable chunks and assessable over the LAN.  Software will be recording 24/7.
 
Also would like opinions on FM transmitters, I'm getting ready to purchase ( 2 ) new solid state 3kw.  What's the best ones?
