[BC] History on the run - Who's on First?

A number of sites and publications are reminding people that today is the anniversary of the beginning of broadcasting - by KDKA in Pittsburgh.

Unfortunately, despite all the "common knowledge," KDKA was probably not the first broadcast station, nor was it the first to run commercials (being a "Limited Commercial" station meant something very different in those days).
