[BC] Scope Recommendations

  You don't want a scope for a SX-1 freq, change. If you haven't done 
one yet, send the whole output network to Harris or bring someone in to 
retune it with a network analyzer or vector voltmeter.

It is a project best suited for someone who has done it before. NOT for 
a first timer
