[BC] On Air Operations - MJ Tributes

Our rhythmic station Thursday night was live and airing calls and MJ songs
throughout the night.
Scanning the dial Friday morning there were no shortage of MJ tributes or
songs on the radio, and I was hearing radio from 4 different markets, from
large to small.  But I know of stations that were locally programmed but had
already set and voice tracked the weekend and didn't bother rescheduling...
