[BC] Misappropriation

And the fact is, fewer and fewer every day.

We have only ONE strong AFTRA station in DC today, and I imagine that  
when the contract ends, they will be over too.

It's sad, because they are live and local, and sound pretty good.  I  
don't like the format, but they are real music radio.
