Actually, they can't unless AFTRA has no part in their production. Ad 
agencies have given stations specific orders not to stream any of 
their spots that use AFTRA talent. If you stream them the agency pays 
much more to the talent. That's why there's a box office business in 
third-party spot replacement services.
