[BC] This makes no sense...

Actually, I founded radio-talk.net because of a friend who wanted a web-site
similar to radio-info (minus the censorship and constant technical glitches)
and radio-info's joining up with and agreeing to assist the city's economic
development director just after they had taken our studio site at gunpoint
(the city, not radio-info) and people were discussing the matter there. The
city guy threatened to sue them - with a government paid attorney who was
also a drug-dealer - if they didn't delete any and all points of view not
perfectly aligned with his.

Also. It would've been nice of them to have notified me that something
concerning this issue was still ongoing as this COULD'VE been my chance to
introduce the LMA that I signed with the previous owner (who owed NO money
on the station) some THREE MONTHS before depositing the first check into my
account. I also note that they DID take note of the fact that I was
"wrongfully incarcerated" at the time I was accused of "failure to
prosecute" but still seem to want to believe that I simply did not *want* to
attend the hearing at which I would've been able to show clear ownership
both before as well as at the time of these so-called thefts.

By the way, the alleged "pirate" activity is instances in which I was using
my equipment to keep employer's stations on the air. (The "owner of the
equipment" is the person who gets written up on those instances. Amazing
what it takes to keep a "job", isn't it?)

Not kidding and not intending to start a major discussion here, just
answering a few questions... If there are many, I do not object to answering
them privately.

FYI: The Sham(e)rock, Texas, people have also made the rounds here, sending
"info packages" to the local newspaper as well as to other local media
outlets. As of June 1st, they were actually going door-to-door "asking
questions" of all underwriters of the LPFM that I am managing - and showing
a "mug shot" of me while intimidating the underwriters in the process. (The
tax dollars of many texans hard at work to send "investigators" more than
800 miles for that!)
