Great! However, the FCC is going to SELL those frequencies for sending text-messages. Mark my words. They have no intention of allocating anything to broadcast services anymore. Note that the FCC moved most all of the TV broadcasters to Minnow's "vast wasteland." Eventually, they will disband the L-band microwave oven frequencies and put all the broadcasters there, freeing up all the usable spectrum space for resale.
