And NO WONDER there are complaints!! Do those idiots who came up with these power levels think folks in Zone 1 all live less than 20 miles from the transmitter, or they have magic propagation where they don't need much power? SHEESH!  And 160KW on VHF is good for a few miles and certainly not in dense urban areas. Where are these zones?
