[BC] Padding down a sat receiver input

Ya beat me to it Milton.  Really bad cheap coax is good for about 10db
per 50ft at 1ghz.  Not quite so cheap may be 10db per 100ft.

I had to use several of these "attenuators" on the old Jones JDAR
receivers.  They were very sensitive to over drive.
