For what it's worth, I ABSOLUTELY had permission from the station to
rebroadcast their programming from their webstream, which also originated in
house of their own DSL connection. They were even doing my legal id and
weather forecasts for me. In fact, the station offered the simulcast option
to me before I even asked!
