[BC] Yarrgh matey! Thar be pirates!

In the suburban DC area there may be a little clandestine activity going on about 101.7 FM.  Close in to Arlington VA, an unidentified pop-jazz thing can be heard (Mangione, Kenny G et al); while a few miles west on the same frequency, someone is relaying the Sirius feed of EWTN network's religious programming. Not terribly daring programming for alleged 'pirates', if you ask me.

These aren't those little short-range FM dashboard blobs that let you hear your iPod on your tuner. These are stationary signals with at least a coupla watts pushing them.

FCC database and other sources show no translators or repeaters at 101.7 here, so I'm planning on hitting the mean streets with my little hobby Adcock antenna to see where these clowns might be.
