[BC] Sine Remote with AT&T Cellular now working

I have used in the past, a .1 uf 50V monolithic at the analog audio input
pin of the DTMF Decoder chip to ground.
This brought it up to 100% reliability.  Note! Do not blow the chip as
they are hard to find now.
