[BC] WROX - New Tower and Retuning

A couple weeks ago, the Rohn 25 tower at WROX, Clarksdale, MS, was damaged in a
wind storm.

Last weekend, John Morrow of Philadelphia, MS, replaced it with a new one (of
his own fabrication).  Kevin Kidd showed up to do the tuning, as I've sold all
my AM test gear (some of it to Kevin).
