[BC] Dial Global crash

Lane,

Glad to see I am not the only one having this issue.  We had some TI here, 
but I have installed a filter in front of the LNB.  Now the only issues seem 
to happen on any receiver tuned to Dial Global out of Denver.  I have one 
tuned to their carriers in Valencia, CA, and have no issues with that one.
