Two things...

First...is the IP enabled?  When you are at the top level dialing page,
the dialing display will show all the methods of connections.  POTS, IP1,
IP2, etc.  If IP1 and IP2 are not showing, the IP is not enabled and needs
to be turned on.

It's an option which must be bought seperate.  SHort term, they can give
you the demo code.  But once it's turned on, you have 45 days to use it
and that's it.  No more IP on that unit until the IP option is bought.

Second,  call Bill Miller at Tieline.  He's their tech guru.

They have a primer on the IP configuration on their web page.  Bill can
give you the URL.
