Steve is one of the good guys, and because of this, so is Telos.
Heck, even after the Telos 10 (first product for those who don't know)
took off, he was still an "in the trenches" chief engineer.

You will never find them to have the attitude of not wanting to be
bothered. They have great customer service.

As an aside, when I was in college, a professor stated that a one
Farad capacitor would be "as big as this classroom."

To fix a problem in our THREE (big deal at the time) Telos 10s, Steve
sent me three one Farad capacitors to hold up the 5 Volt supplies in
the units to correct a glitch. All three would fit in the palm of my
hand. So much for the classroom. Those were cutting edge at the time
though.

Give them a chance. They won't disappoint.
