There was a kind of rough justice in this case. Allegheny Power, out of Pittsburgh, had this small territory in Ohio where the station was located. After several years of complaints, the PUC of Ohio actually took some action, forcing Allegheny to transfer this territory to American Electric Power, which had the adjoining service areas.
