The video is actually a revised version of the Chrysler
Turbo-Encabulator transmission video (also available on You Tube). The
Chrysler version dates from the 1980's and Rockwell's date is the late
'90's.

The first version I heard was quoted by Chuck Fisk of Amherst
Electronics in 1964. He had learned the words at UMass, Amherst. It was
an Electro-encabulator, not a Retro-encabulator. It referred to a
specific calibration

Somebody at Collins (Rockwell) probably attended UMass and resurrected
this as a more modern sales pitch.
