Maybe it was QEI.  They had a "temporary" shutdown earlier this year.  I recall that they re-opened sometime later, although I'm not sure of their current status.  Probably not in bankruptcy, but I guess it's close enough for beggin' purposes if you are a religious station and you own one of their transmitters.
