Ahhh. That's right! It was Callison. I think KROW to KABL was done with
the Purple People Eater, right? My mother used to listen to KABL, "In the
air everywhere... in San Francisco." Then, maybe 10 years later, I ended
up working for the former GM of KABL. Small world!

Of course, last year Paul and I discovered that he lived next door to my
elementary school when I was going there. He was building Bauer
transmitters. I was building Knight Kit radio broadcasters...
