[BC] NBC and Blue

NBC ran two networks, Red and Blue.  Myth has it that the designation was 
based on the color used by AT&T long lines in mapping the two (there may 
be some substantiation in the book by an AT&T employee about  WEAF) .  NBC 
was forced to give up the Blue which was just Blue for a while before 
becoming ABC.
