[BC] Birds and Towers

Every fall there will be a couple of days when the guy wires of my  
220' tower are loaded with blackbirds...

Not a good day to park the good car at the station.  The blackbirds  
use the tower as a rest stop, after gorging themselves on wild grapes  
at the nearby wild life refuge on a island in the Ohio river.  Makes  
nice purple splotches all over the roof of the car.
