[BC] Negative Peaks

Speaking of which -

Just how far off IS the carrier?  Far enough, and THAT might be the 
cause; the monitor is seeing the carrier offset (it shouldn't, but I've 
seen it happen; which is why my first mentor told me to always set the 
polarity switch to match the direction the frequency was off - positive 
if high, negative if low.)
