Bob, I would go with the more common tower fail from fire cause that 
their was a guy failure. Looking at #220 you can see that the bottom 
section of the tower is straight & true although it seems to be just a 
bit out of plumb. (and here I've been thinking all these years that base 
insulators should be pointing down instead of up) I would look for the 
exact cause of the failure 180 deg from the direction the tower fell. I 
would also expect that to be going towards one of the guy anchors.
