Rumored since January 28,2009, WQXR is sold to Univision for $45 Million. 
Frequency swap between WCAA  moves WQXR to 105.9 @ 600 Watts. WCAA gets 96.3 
at full QXR power, website, etc.

Univision retains WCAA call letters. WNYC will pay $44.5 Million for the 
105.5 license. FCC Approval expected later this year.

WNYC promises to retain WCAA call letters-WQXR becomes "Listener supported 
Public Radio w/classical music.
