[BC] Dominator Antenna

Today I ran across something I've not seen before... the Dominator 
Antenna by a company called Norwalk Electronics.   It's an FM antenna 
that I can't figure out if you put it on a tower or use it as a 
frisbee-golf goal.  It's pretty odd looking.

I have some friends with a low power station (500W) who have had one of 
these donated to them.   They also have a 4-bay traditional antenna of 
"questionable" operational capacity.

The website for the Dominator makes some fairly interesting claims.  I 
wonder if anybody has any personal history with it?
