[BC] control schematic needed for Phasetek phasor

I have a client with a phasor built and installed by Phasetek about 12
years ago that is missing whatever documentation for the control system
might have been originally supplied. Requests for copies of the
documentation to Phasetek have apparently fallen on deaf ears. I've
even offered to pay them for the copy.
The system has suffered a failure which I need to troubleshoot. I can,
of course, reverse-engineer the whole damn thing, but a bit of a leg up
would be nice.
The heart of the thing is a large (30"-ish x 42"-ish) relay panel
located in the bottom of one of the phasor cabinets, just chock full of
small relays and several of what looks like hand-wired breadboards built
up as time delay relays. Terminal strips connecting to the ATUs,
contactors in the phasor, and front panel switches adorn the edges.
If anyone has a Phasetek phasor from this era with a similar control
panel, I would be willing to pay for their time to have the
documentation copied, or send it to me and I will treat it gently, copy
& return it. If you think you've got something, contact me; I can send
you a picture or vice-versa if needed to confirm.
Alternatively, if anyone knows the magic words to get Phasetek to help
out, that would be even better. Please and thank you don't seem to be
doing the trick.
