[BC] satellite recommendation

Used Starguides are fairly easy to find these days. As to the dish, new and
cheap is an oxymoron. By the time you purchase and install one, you're
looking to spend $2500 to $3000. If you can locate a good used TVRO dish,
that will usually work. Minimum diameter is 10'. 12' is better. Make sure
the dish is not warped.
