Are you implying that Boston doesn't have enough Hispanics to support the Lowell local programming? Oh, BTW, at the bottom of the street near the hospital in Lawrence, where it runs down hill into a 5-way intersection (where all the street-signs are missing), there is an ALTO sign --first I've seen since I returned from Honduras. It's right next to a Chinese restaurant so the neighborhood isn't all Spanish!
