[BC] Radio station ignoring rules

The station does not answer any queries from me since I discovered this strange behavior two weeks ago so I assume that there is nobody there. Perhaps the "dead air" means that somebody died in the control-room and management in Washington, DC hasn't found this out yet.

I'm going to see if I can find any studio anywhere near the licensed community.

1. Stations are still required to use their assigned call letters as close
to the top of the hour as is practical.

2.  Perhaps the station has gone to the new "All Mimes All the Time" format
featuring Marcel Marceau.  In the evening they have game shows like Radio
Charades and Pictionary.  Coming soon to a station near you!
