"i94," jettisoning its 18-month-old Soft AC format and the "Warm" moniker."

Since Radio One already has TWO CHR stations - make that 2 1/2, because 
W T L C runs quite a bit, even though it's supposed to be "old school" 
Urban...

Look for another format change within 12 months or less...

Recall that this is the station that a local outfit started up (it's an 
80-90 drop-in for Noblesville, IN) to replace the Easy Listening 
(Beautiful Music) W X T Z which was formerly on 103.3
