Well, there are three formal complaints you can file -

the LOCAL cable franchise board

The STATE utility regulatory agency

The FCC

Especially remind the FCC that the premise was that cable customers 
would NOT have to do anything post-conversion...

Hmmm...

I wonder if the 2.5 GHz MMDS band is still available... (the former ITFS 
channels)

Might be a business opportunity there.....
