provide / pay for it.  So...

I hear Sprint / Nextel is supposed to be decent; AT&T is somewhat 
reasonable (Cingular was better, but that seems to be the trend - the 
good companies get bought out and the new owners proceed to take 
Customer Service on a Nantucket Sleighride - or worse.)

Whatever you get, be sure to a) print out that memo, and b) send them the bill.
