[BC] Wi-Fi banned from public buildings.

For work to be done (good or bad), power must be dissipated. You can put a
person inside a screen-room and measure the power they absorb --just about
zero for frequencies below 500 kHz, increasing at about 6 dB per octave up to
the GHz region (exactly like a plastic jug of water of the same weight), with a
bump at frequencies in which there are atomic resonance effects. So, if you
encounter the microwave-oven frequencies, at the microwave-oven power
levels, you will get cooked. Everything is relative. A few microwatts, obtained
from a 5 watt cell-phone, will not increase the temperature of even the
pea-brains who claim harm. WiFi would produce even a smaller absorbed
power.

I remember a study about the "Harmful effects" of high voltage transmission lines
that were "producing cancer" at alarming rates. It had a map of the
amount of cancer deaths vs a certain population. It showed that Bayonne
New Jersey had the highest incidence of cancer, attributed to the high-voltage
transmission lines in the area. Conveniently missing were the oil refineries
belching hydrogen sulfide into the air. Paint on automobiles in the area won't
last six months.
