Saw this story on Fox last night and their argument, under the ADA, is an  
impairment can be psychosomatic. The guy that is allergic to it can just think  
it is causing a problem for the complaint to be valid in court. 
 
I would turn it off, bring him into the building for some reason, and see  if 
he still had the symptoms. Or just leave it on and tell him it is off. What  
the country has come too.
 
Bring back the days when the complaint was you could hear AM radio from a  
tooth.
