[BC] AM transmitter lightning sensitivity issue

looking through the long list this thread evolved into, I never saw the 
following answers given.

On the Gates AM control boards there are a few things you can do.

 From the Harris support site.. if you jumper out C15 on the controller 
card (A12) the transmitter will still duck during a VSWR but will return 
to the previous power and NOT fold back.

Also there is a cap (I can't remember which one) that if you increase 
the value of it, it will lower the sensitivity of the VSWR circuit.
