Okay....How about this:

A one turn loop that's 3 meters in length from end to end and balanced fed
from a Hi efficency 100 milliwastt input power amp. NO RF ground-a choke
inline to the DC ground (perhaps an easy way to balance the unit?)and  RF
chokes on all DC and audio inputs to completely isolate the unit RF wise.


Nearby, a multi turn loop that's connected (and matched) to a larger (100 foot
or more) antenna and ground. You use the coupling between the two loops as an
RF transformer.

Anyone care to model this puppy?
