[BC] Part 15 radio station

WNAR used 3 hamilton rangemasters at seperate sites linked via internet.

I don't believe he is running the station anymore. the FCC busted my 
friends part 15 station. he was told to either ground mount the 
transmitter or not use a ground wire.

He asked how WNAR is legal and the agent replied he is not legal and 
that WNAR was on their list of to do things.

I live in central nj, so i can't confirm if WNAR is still on the air or not.

I was told they were also going after tony di nicola, and other 
stations in the langhorne pa district who are running elevated(whip & 
mast) installations.

and harold you are correct. you cannot run a common oscillator into 
multiple final amps and antenna's. you will get hit with the 
composite system rules under part 15.

they have even  stretched the rules a bit to include part 15 Tx's on 
the same premises fed by a common audio source as a composite system. 
this is what they did to WSJL in villa's NJ when he had 5 
rangemasters mounted on a common tower.
